Registration is closed for this event

President Dr. E. Gordon Gee will provide keynote remarks at the “38th Annual WVU Alumni Luncheon on Capitol Hill" before members of the West Virginia Congressional delegation, Congressional staffers, corporate executives, federal agency partners, WVU alumni, donors and friends. The luncheon provides a venue to celebrate institutional success, inform key West Virginia University constituencies of issues and opportunities confronting higher education from a national and statewide perspective and to facilitate networking.

Members of the NCAC Chapter and WVU Alumni Association staff will be on hand to welcome, register and assist guests in locating their assigned luncheon seating. Dress for the day is business attire.   Registration and a Mountaineer Mixer will begin at 11:00 a.m. To facilitate the timely beginning of the luncheon please arrive no later than 11:30 am. That should give everyone ample time to arrive, check in and be seated prior to the prompt beginning of the event at 12:00 p.m. Parking is available at several locations adjacent to the National Press Club. The 13th and G Street garage is the closest. If riding the Metro, you can take the Orange, Blue and Red lines to Metro Center (13th and G Street, N.W. exit is the closest to the Press Club).
