Crab Feast
Each year, hundreds of WVU Alumni and friends turn out for the annual NCAC WVU Crab Feast. This will be our 44th Crab Feast! Event is rain or shine.
Get ready to indulge in the flavors of summer and the spirit of Mountaineer camaraderie at the 44th Annual National Capital Area Chapter’s Crab Feast!
Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 24th, as we gather to celebrate with fellow Mountaineers, campus VIPs, friends, and family. Join us for an afternoon filled with the savory delights of blue crabs, chicken wings, hot dogs, steamed shrimp, and an array of beverages including draft beer, wine, soda, and water. Don’t forget to save room for all the chips and cookies too!
In addition to indulging in delicious fare, there will be plenty of excitement with a scholarship benefit, silent auction, and more. It’s an event you won’t want to miss!

Getting There
Driving
Limited parking is available at Fort Hunt Park. Please do not park in the grass or your vehicle will be towed.
Rideshare
We encourage the use of rideshare services like Uber and Lyft for transportation to and from Fort Hunt Park. Buses from Ragtime will NOT be provided for the event this year.
